In the reeling mode the player will have a window to finish the reeling before the fish escapes

After the Big Bite press and hold the Reel key, Default is R on Keyboard and Left Shoulder on Gamepad

You can edit the Reel Ability, including Input, inside Modes -> Ability in the Animal Controller Script
